<p>Yes you can appeal your admission decision.</p>
<p>You have to include the following:
A one page letter why to review decision with new/compelling information
Your USC ID, phone number, address, name + location of your school
A current high school transcript</p>

<p>I am wondering how many of those rejected are national scholarship finalist? I know two finalists from one school have been rejected even though they have very strong stats.</p>
