Applicant Account Activation Problem

<p>I can’t create my online account. I know there’s a # that I can call, but would it be okay if I just waited to get my decision via snail mail? Will there be future implications if my account doesn’t work? It says that my info doesn’t match their records, but I’m positive that I’m using all the same info.</p>

Yes, they send the letter via snail mail, and yes, there may be implications for problems with access later. My D uses the same login user and pw, two years after she was accepted. So you should probably straighten it out.</p>
