<p>Does anyone know if the UC system releases the number of applicants per school or any statistics BEFORE decisions are made?

<p>Last year there was a news release in late January. [University</a> of California - UC Newsroom | Undergraduate applications for fall 2008 reach record level](<a href=“http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/news/article/17227]University”>http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/news/article/17227) If you scroll down, they have the information for some individual campuses as well. It just stressed me out more because the numbers were so huge - for example, I did not know I would be one of over 55,000 applicants at UCLA. Made me feel pretty insignificant!</p>
<p>Theoretically they will do a similar news release in three or four weeks. Get ready to be stressed.</p>
