applicants for class of 2010

GOD. just stop stressing out. you'll do everyone a favor. college admissions isn't worth it. in fact, this site just perpetuates admissions anxiety. here's my worthy advice: choose an author and read every piece he or she ever has written. i'm sure that'll take you to the middle or end of the fall, provided you choose someone of at least moderate repute. after that, learn how to play the piano or reread your old algebra textbook. you'll make the world a better place if you're not screaming and obsessing over admissions.

and here's the thing: any student who has been through the process can tell you that he REGRETS the stress. you'll get in somewhere - it may not be where you'd originally planned, but it'll be somewhere. and if you don't get in anywhere by some off-chance, then what? i guess you get a job for a year and reapply. the important thing is to roll with the punches. let life come as it will. chill the eff out. heed my warning.

love, fb

nicely said, lol

i can't believe NONE of them replied. you'd think they'd all be clamoring to disagree

I agree, though it's sort of unfair/ silly for you to go through this whole experience, doing much the same of everyone else on this website, and then once it's over for you disparage everyone else who hasn't gotten to this point. Apparently, a few weeks after graduating high school has already turned it into an "us" v "them" situation for you. Ehhhh, whatever.

haha, good pt...but they should go to the freakin "what are my chances" forum and all that crap totally seperate of this. That's what i did :)

if youre already in and not worried about it anymore, maybe this website is not for you to be on anymore.... no harsh feelings, of course

Hey, some of us are excited about college admissions. I'm personally just curious to see what's going to happen. Never mind obsession or dissappointment.

tetrahedr0n, i was trying to figure out which person listed in the AMC book was you, but to no avail, i'm afraid.

Which book? I think I'm in the last three years ... not sure about last year's. The only one I've checked is the one from two years ago.

Or... I'm one of these people.
