What unique or creative things did you supplement your application with when sending it in to grab the attention of the admissions officers?
Think it worked?

send cookies. make sure they are fresh from the ovens when it reaches their office. not fresh from the oven before you mail it, otherwise when it reaches the office they won't be fresh.

Yeah, I tried that, but apparantly they Post Office ate them and they I got rejected, then when I asked them about it, they said that the Post Office must have eaten it. Those dumb s at Harvard ate it. I know they did. Lieing ***s. I got like a 1000 on the SATs! I wouldve had a 1100, but I spelled my name wrong.

well, according yto banedon, we have to mail an oven...

I sent porn and was accepted into Yale with 3.74uw/1360mv. I know a lot of people who did the same to Princeton and was accepted with way lower stats.

u sent WHAT????????

I did.. but the "post office" still ate the cookies. It was a good toaster oven too. It had a "broil" option! And I dont know what "broil means!

hehehe... woudl someone tell me that lil_killer129 made a spelling mistake please ..... :|

you fool. you can't make cookies on broil. that's why you got rejected.

I performed sexual favors for my interviewer. Oh crap I'm almost late for her next appointment. (I needed this for my app - it's the only job I've had. But hey, I get mad good money. She wrote me a rec, too.)

hehe.. this is getting too stupid now :D

no wonder every ivies want you, antarius. that psionic power must be a hook. or an anchor.

more like an invisible attraction... maybe my looks are causing that tho ;)

I sent artwork, a short story, and an intensive resume.

I'm fairly certain the resume helped a lot (how couldn't it?) but I'm not sure about the artwork and/or the short story. I got into 6 out of 11 colleges, if that helps. :) But really, if it won't hurt your application, why not send in stuff? It can only help.

silentvoice, send an oven with cookies on broil and we will see whether it helps :D

Well, some schools (Stanford and Columbia) say over and over again NOT to send supplementary materials. Stanford says they won't even look at it and Columbia even reminds you that they told you. :p

I imagine that sending supplementary materials to those schools may hurt you.

especially if its a toaster or oven....

haha did you all seriously send cookies?
