<p>back in december (before the checklist went on hiatus), the optional artistic supplement was listed as one of the materials on the list. now, it no longer appears.</p>

<p>is there any way to check if this was received?</p>

<p>Gosh Stupefy, relax a little! If you’ve indicated that you’re submitting the Op-Arts supplement, then they’ll contact you if they don’t have it. I’m certain that they won’t read an incomplete application. In any case, if you can’t find an email address, give them a call during working hours.</p>

<p>I called them (about a different application issue, but it still applies) and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Just call and they’ll tell you if they have it.</p>

<p>hey Stupefly, their email is <a href=“mailto:undergrad-admissions@duke.edu”>undergrad-admissions@duke.edu</a>. Also, they are going to send out an email by February 5th if there’s any part of your application missing. So I’m sure you’ll find out soon. So relax :)</p>
