<p>So I applied to Vanderbilt and haven't received word that anything has been received. I sent everything like all separately over separate dates so I guess I'm just wondering if I'll receive an email soon?</p>
<p>I never received any confirmation and I applied in September. The only email that I received was regarding scheduling the interview.</p>
<p>You could go onto the Vandy admissions website. They have a feature where you can find your admissions reader for your area. You could send an email to that individual if you are concerned that they did not receive everything.</p>
<p>Shortly after applying ( a week or two later) you should get an email saying, “now that you have applied…here is the interview information” And it includes a link to a spreadsheet with alumni across the US. You pick one near you and email that person asking for an interview. Those emails may take longer if there is a large deluge of applications near the end of the deadline.</p>
<p>The admissions readers seem really kind and thoughtful about answering emails.</p>
