If I file my full application sometime early-mid September, when approximately would I get my decisions?

Also, does UMich use online decision notification, or do I have to wait for snail mail?

I'm not sure about when decisions usually come out for early applicants such as yourself (prospectively), but yes, UMich uses online decision notification called Wolverine Access (https://wolverineaccess.umich.edu/index.jsp?lo=y).

If you apply before October 31st, you get your decision by December 21st.

Thanks. Do you think it is possible, if I submit my application very, very early (September, or even August), to get a decision by November?

i've heard of people submitting applications in early september and getting it back by mid november. since it's rolling, i think they said last year their first batch was released around november 9th

i'm assuming you're a junior... on umich's website under undergrad admissions, they said they will be putting up essays and recommendation forms by mid may so you can start on the essays and have the forms done by the summer! haha i'm applying as early as possible. michigan or bust... (bust meaning state.....)

You only get a final answer by mid-December if it is an acceptance or rejection. Otherwise, you get deferred, and you won't get an answer until March or even April.

I applied september 19, and got accepted october 28.
