Could you tell me the application deadline date for Harvard?
Thank you

wha??? That was like a couple of ....uuh...months ago. Tomorrow decisions come out.

me thinks you're a wee bit late.

I am actually refering to the upcoming year's deadline.
What was the deadline for this year again?, because I presume the dates
will be similar

Deadline is January 1, but they say "December 15 if at all possible."

Thanks for the reply BullDog.. But one more question. In this "Harvard University" board, there is a thread that's the first and is entitled "Official Harvard EA Decisions - Class of 2010". I saw some of them got their result on December 14 of last year. So can you tell me what happened there?.

Thanks so much for your help

EA?? duh. the title says it all.

That was an obviously unhelpful answer for someone who probably doesn't know what EA is...

jhkoreacanada, when you apply to Harvard, you can either apply Early Action (EA) or Regular Decision (RD). If you apply EA, your app is due by November 1, but you will find out your decision circa December 15. EA is non-binding, meaning that if you are accepted, you do not have to attend (unlike Early Decision). However, you can only apply to one school early (certain schools, like MIT don't restrict you to applying to only 1 place early, but most do, including Harvard). If you apply RD, which is what most applicants do, then you will hear back around March 30-31.

Hope this helps.

Oh that's what it was! Thank you very very very much for that information.
As you guys have probably found out, I don't know much about how the system works. Thank you very much
