<p>I'm applying to USC on December 1. Can I turn in my application any time that day? Or does it need to be sent before December 1?</p>
<p>Some of the websites for admission applications crash a few hours before deadlines. Since SC is using the common application this year my advice is to submit it BEFORE the deadline. Why take a chance by waiting until the last day?</p>
