regarding post #13

Yale - “The Nov. 5th deadline extends ONLY to those affected by the storm.” as stated on their tumblr page. http://yaleadmissions.■■■■■■■■■■/

Johns Hopkins will allow ED applications after the deadline for those affected by Sandy

Thanks thekajl!

Yale - “The Nov. 5th deadline extends ONLY to those affected by the storm.”

How would they check if you weren’t directly affected by the storm? The application process must be standardized/fair, so they won’t just give extensions to ONLY those affected by the storm.

Princeton SCEA deadline made flexible.

[Princeton University | Application Dates & Deadlines](http://www.princeton.edu/admission/applyingforadmission/deadlines/)

Pomona’s deadline was also extended- November 7th now.

Stanford’s response to an email:

“We cannot speculate about extending the deadline in advance of a potential event such as widespread power outages. However, we are sensitive to such
issues and will be following the storm and its impact carefully and will announce any deadline accommodations accordingly. I suggest that you continue to work on your application based on the November 1 deadline.”
