I am awaiting a grade change on my transcript and thus I cannot submit my transcripts right away. Are schools really picky about receiving supplemental material before the deadline? I have two deadlines coming up (Jan 15) but I don't know that my grade will be changed by then. It's a directed research that required more time...it is only a pass/fail so I expect a pass (currently an incomplete is listed) but my paper hasnt been reviewed yet. My instructor said he'd review it and change my grade as soon as he can....but that may not be before the 15th.

I would submit the current transcripts, and send a note stating that a change of grade is in progress, then send transcripts again once the change is done.

may i kiss your feet? THANK YOU!!! I didn't even think of that. I'm always a "send it once and only once and therefore complete" kind of person. Yeah, that should be fine. Thanks.

I have another question.

I did a study abroad program for intensive language but there are no official transcripts. There were no actual "subjects"---it was just intensive langauge the whole time. My school counts this as only satisfactory, but otherwise, they do not count toward my major or GPA. I've been trying to contact my study abroad program about getting "official" transcripts (which really were only attendance and language progress reports) but the prgram has not responded to my numerous requests to have these sent. In fact, the originals are in French anyway, not English. My school has copies of these progress reports but they don't include them on the main transcript. Is this something I shoudl jsut not worry about or should I include some kind of note when I mail in my normal undergraduate transcripts? Thanks. I hope what I said made sense!

Can't your school give you a sealed copy of them to mail to the program?
