<p>As my username suggests, I am a Canadian student interested in applying for some American universities. I understand I'm late to the party, but I wasn't interested in American schools before due to cost. An opportunity just came up recently, however, that might offer me a full ride to an American university but requires me to be accepted at that university beforehand.</p>
<p>This is a problem because I haven't taken the SAT yet and can't simply apply. The earliest I can take the SAT now is January 22nd. Is this too late? What are the application deadlines for universities? In Canada, early decision is by January and regular by March, but I know the States is probably different.</p>
