I received an email in late December saying that my standardized test scores were not in the system, though I had checked with the CollegeBoard and ACT and both showed them as sent over a month earlier. I emailed the admissions department and they told me that my scores were in their system and my application would be updated.
I then received the same email again about two weeks ago, so once again I called and talked to the admissions department. They told me that although the scores and my application were all in the system, it was never marked as “complete” for some reason. They said something about files not being merged properly.
My concern is that since my application did not look to be complete it was never reviewed for a merit scholarship. I know these scholarships are very selective, but I felt I would be a strong candidate so I just wanted to confirm that my application was in fact looked over by the scholarship committee and not skipped over because it was marked as incomplete.
The admissions department referred me to my regional admissions officer, so I sent her an email explaining the situation. That was two weeks ago. I never heard a response, so a week ago I called, no answer, so I left a voicemail.
What else can I do?
