<p>Does anybody else think it is odd that UNC extended the application deadline past the January 15 deadline? "We are accepting applications on a 'space-availalble' basis until Feburary 2, 2005." Space-available??? Does anybody know if they did this last year?</p>
<p>i dunno. that is weird. that could mean a lot of things. maybe they didnt get as many apps as in the past, or maybe the applicants are as strong as usual. i dunno ; sounds like they didn't get as many applicants as they wanted.</p>
<p>yeah i was wondering about that too, i guess it could be that they didnt receive as many applications as they either expected/desired, i hope that is the case bc that probably boosts our chances. and i dont think that they extended last year bc i have a lot of friends who are freshman.</p>
