<p>I stapled the check to my common app when I mailed it 3 weeks ago. However, I just got my pin number yesterday and according to the self-service system, the application fee still hasn't been paid yet (which means I can't check to see whether my transcript/recs have gotten there yet). The really idiotic thing is that the bank notified my parents that Cornell cashed the check almost 2 weeks ago, and yet they still have not acknowledged that they received the application fee. On their website, it says that they're swamped at the moment, so perhaps they haven't gotten around to updating it yet. On the other hand, its been almost 3 weeks since I submitted my app and the delay is only supposed to be 1-2 weeks. Should I contact them to see whether they've misplaced it somehow? Or should I just wait it out?</p>
