<p>Hello, I will submit my application today as tomorrow (March 1) is the deadline. However, I wonder about the fee waiver. Does it takes long for them to process my fee waiver request? And say if the deadline pass and the process isn't done or if I not qualified for the fee waiver, will it affect my application? I wonder should I just go ahead and pay the $75 fee with my credit card.</p>
<p>I couldn’t figure this out either, and I just went ahead and payed the fee.
