Application Fee Waiver

<p>I'm planning on applying to about 6 schools for Fall 2013. Two are CSU's and three are UC's and I will also be applying to USC. I read about the 4 applications you can get a fee waiver for but I'm confused if that's for one type of school, like the CSU's or UC's? Or is it 4 applications total for all of your college applications no matter what type of school it is? Any help is really appreciated!</p>
