<p>I plan to apply to about 12 colleges. Quite a few of these are very selective schools, so naturally, their application fees are ridiculously expensive. If I use an application fee waiver, will it influence my acceptance in any way whatsoever? I know they say they don't and aren't supposed to, but do they really? If they do, then I will use my fee waivers on my safety schools. Thanks!</p>
