Application Fee Waiver?

<p>An adcom from Brandeis just emailed me, saying that I’ve been chosen for an app fee waiver. They’ve also attached a pdf of the fee waiver form, which just asks for my name, address, birthday, and high school. </p>

<p>So what do I do? Do they know that they’ve waived my fee when I submit the common app and supplement so I just don’t pay? Do I need to fill out this form and email it to them? Or print out the form and snail mail it to them?</p>

<p>If you've received an e-mail about a fee waiver, then we do have that information in our system. However, we still need you to fill out the form and either e-mail it to us, or send it to us with good old-fashioned snail mail. Thanks.</p>
