<p>I paid my application fee a few months ago, and just recently I was checking my RIT portal and under "complete additional steps/requirements," it says that my application fee is "pending" and gives me an option to pay online. Does this mean that they received the fee and are just processing it, or did they not get it the first time I sent it? If no one else has had or is having this issue I'll contact admissions, but I figured I'd ask here first.</p>
<p>Call them. We had trouble last year with some items getting routed to my D’s application (although payment was applied promptly).</p>
<p>we have the exact same thing on Ds portal and also the application fee is checked as received. I was going to wait to call them because we do have a receipt that it was received and it is checked green but if it doesn’t clear up in the next few weeks then I’m going to call</p>
<p>We have same issue. My S called and was told everything was fine and received on school side. The person who answered phone couldn’t see the portal but said they have everything. If you call, please post what you find out.</p>
