<p>Hi guys! I'm applying to Wharton ED, and also to some other schools regular decision. I was wondering if I could pay the application fee after sending the recommendation letters and the transcript, because I would be losing a lot of money if I pay for my regular choices and I get accepted to my ED choice

<p>you dont pay until you actually submit the application, everything else can be done before paying</p>
