application fee

hey i applied for usc dec 10 and did both the part 1 and 2 of the application.

when i applied, there was a section where i entered my counselors email and phone number and etc to verrify that i cannot pay the app fee bc im poor basically.

Well i looked on the usc website and it says that my counselor had to write a letter stating that im poor and stuff and my counselor said that she never got a call from usc.

but when i look at my app checklist, it says that the university received a "Fee Waiver Form" - is that the same as a app fee waiver?

I have called but the office is out for winter break T_T Should i send the app fee now? and if so, do i pay for pt 1 and pt 2 or just pt 2 only?

If it says they have received the Fee Waiver Form, it seems they have probably received the Fee Waiver Form. In any case, the regular application deadline is January 11th, so you have plenty of time to double check with USC admissions that they have everything they need.
