I am not sure that the same rules that apply in the US for universities is the same in the UK, but I've applied to three universities in the UK, two in December and another in January, and am some what confused and stressed out with the lack of communication.

In February I followed up with the colleges and one they said I had a couple missing items so I sent those in and they said "thanks we'll be in contact with you about our decision" and now it's APRIL and I haven't heard anything back from them them.
My contact at the other university simply replied that they no longer worked in the admissions department and they would forward on my email, but nothing blossomed from that attempt.

The first university I applied to responded and said that my application had been incomplete.
So I called and tried to speak with the registrar to understand what was missing as I had sent the application through an online college admissions service, as I do not have a counselor being that I graduated high school a year ago. I completed all the information that I could fit into the application sections, so am a little confused there.

Now that it's April and decisions should have been sent out in February-March, should I follow up AGAIN with the universities?
