Application forms not being displayed in my account

well i made an account and applied to MIT last year,but did't get in.I am giving a final try this time.But i am facing a problem, that is when i sign in to my account,this thing appears "Application Tracking
MIT's Regular Action decisions have been released.
The application tracking portlet will no longer display personalized information."</p>

<p>in short i cannot get access to application forms :'(</p>

If you have a previous application on file, you can only apply when the old application has been purged from the system. That will take about another month.

<p>I’m assuming that you’ll be good to go once they clear the system.</p>
