Application help/Chance for RD

I'm trying to decide between listing varsity swim as an activity on my commonapp (even though this is my first year) or varsity speech team, which I have done for the past three years. I'm leaning towards including speech team just because I've been doing it longer than swim.

While I'm at it, if you guys could chance me for RD, I would really appreciate it!
