<p>So, I was completing part 1 of the app online, entered in my CC info, then go to the part with the signature page. It mentioned something about uploading a photo on a confirmation page, so, using Firefox tabbed browsing, I went to Part 2 to make sure that was the place to upload the photo. I went back to Part 1, clicked submit, then went nuts when I read that “Part Two Has been Sucessfully Submitted”…mind you, I never touched part two and had a totally blank application.</p>
<p>I just got the auto-email saying that Penn received my Part two and that the app wont be processed until part one is submitted. Because I have no clue *** just happened, I want to create a new account and start fresh. Granted, I just checked my bank account and there is a pending $70 charge from Penn Admissions… I emailed Tech Support to ask them about the whole thing (its weird that it sent Part two even though nothing was filled out…) Soo…yah…any suggestions? lol</p>
