so i already submitted part I and II of the student application, but i wasn't aware that i also had to fill out my school year, mid year and teacher reports. I talked to my counselor and he said he sent my scores, transcripts and letters of rec already, just as he had done with the other schools i applied to. But then it says on their website that everything has to be MAILED to the school, not through email. And do they still want me to find two teachers to fill out the teacher reports even though my counselor already sent my letters of rec? I'm so confused! And the deadline is only 6 days away :(( can anyone help?

Mid-year report is due after first semester stats come in. I believe you are required at least one teacher recommendation and your guidance counselor has to fill out a form. The website says that everything has to be mailed? If so, then through what means did your counselor send it in?

I know a lot of schools have a policy where teacher recs and things of that nature can be submitted after the deadline because sometimes it is not the student’s fault if the documents’ arrival is ■■■■■■■■. Call Georgetown and see what they say about this. Make sure, however, that what you are able to submit by yourself–information, essays, etc.–is submitted by the deadline.

My counselor said he just mailed all the same documents that he sent to my other schools. Hopefully that will be ok, since it’s all pretty much the same information that the georgetown forms as for. Thanks for your advice!
