Application Help

Hello!

I submitted my application to Pitt on October 10th. When I submitted my application, a window popped up that said I would receive an email notifying me that Pitt had received my application and that another email would show up in one week with my portal information. I have received neither of these, so I called admissions and they said they did not receive my application and that I should try and send it again, however there is no option to send my application in again because it says I have completed it, had already sent it, and paid. This is all through the application on the Pitt website. I was just wondering if any of you have had this same issue before?

Hi! You might want to try contacting the team that offers technical support for the application (link to contact them should be in the upper right corner “help” if you are on the application through oafa.pitt.edu).

Please stay in touch with our office, as well. It wouldn’t hurt to shoot us a follow up email and let us know that you tried to re-submit the application and it was not an option for you: oafa@pitt.edu. Or you can give us a call at: 41-624-7488.
