<p>The guidance form is part of the application, and your application is not reviewed until complete. So it will not be reviewed until that form is in. And, decisions start being released on December 10th. But if you do not finish your application by the end of today, then you’re not guaranteed a decision on that day.</p>
<p>I just called the Office of Admissions and they said the Guidance Counselor form is totally optional. Your application is complete without it.</p>
