Where can I find my application ID code? Thanks

Assuming you're applying online, it's #1 of Part 1 (Application Status).

Copied and pasted from my application

Quarter of admission (applicants who require a visa to study in the United States must apply for fall quarter).

This deadline for applying has now passed.

Have you previously applied for admission?
Yes No
If yes, what year did you apply?

3. Application ID Code: UG**************
If your Application ID code does not appear above, and you received one via U.S. mail, please enter it here:

(Note: The application ID code is a sixteen-digit alphanumeric code.
If you do not have an application ID code, just leave the box blank.)

Not all those applying have a code, which kind of sucks because you can't check your status or acceptance. My friend who's currently applying doesn't have one. When I applied, I actually had one but it turned out that the code they assigned me wasn't even right. I had to email admissions afterwards and they gave me the code that was truly mine. However, never fear. Northwestern, from past experience, always mails out their letters earliereven if you don't find out the second all your friends do.

You can try this webpage to get an ID Code.

I've got one and entered in it, but I get an error message that it doesn't match with data entered in NU database. I guess my application hasn't been entered yet.

Thanks!!!!
