<p>I sent in my appication to UT Austin on time, by Dec. 1st. However, i just recently retook the SATs and i my scores aren't in yet so i have to wait to send them, and my counselor hasn't sent my transcript yet. Does that mean that i'm no longer considered for this school?? :( I won't have my score for about another ten days, and my counselor is VERY SLOW...</p>

<p>I would email them and explain to them your situation. It’s not your fault that your guidance is slow at getting stuff done, but it just means that you need to be more assertive (read: annoy them until they do it) so that they get your stuff done on time. Just email the school and tell them that you have sent your application in, but your transcripts are currently on their way. For most schools, when it comes to the SATs, if you tell them that you’re waiting to get your newest scores, they should be okay with it.</p>
