<p>mostly, you get a login # and password, and as the school logs in what they received, you can check there</p>
<p>emailing you for each and every piece would be burdensome</p>
<p>Canes12, what we did is include a self-addressed stamped postcard in the envelope of every piece of snail mail necessary, including putting one in the envelopes we gave the teachers for their recommendations. On the reverse of the postcard, we wrote: “Received, X College - [contents of envelope].” It’s not burdensome for the person who opens the mail to date-stamp the postcard and drop in the outgoing mail. Almost every postcard was returned, date-stamped, so we knew exactly what was received and when.</p>
