I realized i made an application mistake for CSU. I forgot to put 2 classes in the application. It was health and cooking class that i took my freshmen year. Does anybody know if it will be a problem when i send in my official transcript to the school ?
They wont care if you have extra classes not listed. I just hope one isn’t a requirement for acceptance and they won’t know your had it until too late.
@BrownParent health was only a semester that’s why I took cooking class as an elective. Health is required for my school to graduate. But I just hope its not important to my school. I forgot to a year I already got accepted I’m just scared there might be problems bc I forgot to input 2 classes onto the application
It isn’t an A to G requirement, right? Don’t be scared, it isn’t a big deal if you have extra classes, only if you are short. Why would they penalize you for having a couple of extra freshmen classes? Also, is the application open to edit? You can add it in ‘other’ if there is a place. The UC ones do that so check.
@BrownParent I guess it’s not a requirement so it’s okay. Thanks for helping me. I really appreciate it.
Which CSU? I know cal poly slo uses freshman grades in the gpa calculation. Every extra class will lower your gpa if you had already included 8 semesters of weighted classes. Not sure, but I think the other CSUs don’t count freshman grades.
Some schools do not even count non core subjects.
