Well, I just hand-delivered my last application package. Now I get to make myself insane for two months until I hear back. Woo hoo.

ARRRRGGGH! I just got informed this morning that the transcripts that I ordered a MONTH ago have not found their way to the schools yet. I had email confirmation that they were sent 20 days ago, and the mail just doesn't take that long. So I call the transcript office at my old school, they say to call back at a certain time when the person who processed my order will be there. Of course, today of all days, she is late, and half the time I call I get a busy signal. I just know that all this is going to end in my re-ordering the transcripts rush delivery, thereby paying 3x what I should have paid, to have my transcripts get there almost two weeks late. ***?! Don't these transcript people know how important this stuff is to all of us?

oh thank god. I just got an email that they got it in this afternoon's mail. It's a good thing, too, cause the transcript office was giving me the runaround in a big way.

Aside from envelopes, stamps, printer paper, etc., the graduate applicant home supply list should include paper bags to breathe into :)

haha. Yeah it should! And maybe a few gifts for the significant others who have to put up with us during this stressfull time period? I know my poor bf has to be getting pretty sick of all the ups and downs to this right now, it's probably comparable to living with a manic depressive.

My husband's in the middle of the residency match. He needs the paper bags as much as I do.
