Do ranked colleges see my original QB application along with my common app?
And, is there anything I need to indicate on my common app, that i’m applying in conjunction with the Questbridge program? Or is it done automatically?

If you became a QB Finalist today, QB will now automatically send your QB application to each school that you ranked. Most but not all QB College Partners also require that you submit the Common Application. The Application Requirements Tab will detail such for each school separately. So… yes, for those schools requesting both, they will be able to review each. They will now automatically know that you have been named a finalist.
