When entering how many units a course is in the academic history section, do you enter the units even if you failed or withdrew from a class?

I failed one class, and although I repeated it, I know I'm supposed to still enter the failed course as well. (Right?)

On my transcript it says I received 0.0 units for the course, so on my application do I give the number of units the course is worth, or the number I actually received?

Thanks!!
And good luck to anyone else who still hasn't turned in the application yet!

I think they want to know how many units the class is. If you withdrew or failed than obviously you didn't get credit for those units anyway. I'm not exactly sure, but I don't think it makes that much of a difference either way.

The units are still used for calculating your GPA though. At least, I'm assuming the UCs calculate GPA the same way my school does, where how much weight a grade carries in your GPA depends on how many units the class is. (Total GPA = the sum of the point value of each grade times the unit value of the class divided by the total GPA units)

But no matter what, I'm sure the UCs want you to put the number of units for all classes, irregardless of grade. (holy crap, looking up how to spell irregardless, I find out it's sort of not even a word!)
