<p>Hi everyone! We visited the Univ. of Alabama in July and my daughter loved it! It is one of her top choices. She was looking at the application online last night and she did not see where an essay was required. Is one required and did she just not see it? Thanks!</p>
<p>No essay is required to my recollection for the Application. However, if she plans to apply to the Honors college there is a short essay on that application, and if she plans to further apply for consideration for admittance into the CBHP or UFE honors programs (very selective) there are essay requirements for those as well.
