So on my transcript, it shows Geometry and then Pre-Calculus, no Algebra 2. I took a test to skip it, but the test isn’t shown anywhere on my academic record.
Do I have to notify schools of this or is it fine?

Unless the colleges/universities specifically require that you have taken Algebra 2, there is no need to worry about this.
