What are some ways I can answer this. Are APs considered preparing for high education...
List any programs or activities that helped you prepare for higher education, such as University Outreach, Talent Search, Upward Bound, etc.

If They are not considered how would I answer this question if I have never done any of this?

APs are not. Those sample programs are intended to help students who otherwise wouldn’t think of going to a four year school the opportunity to see the benefits of college.

In a way, APs do and do not prepare you well enough. If you perform well enough on the AP test, you can usually get college credit. However not all AP courses are college-level. e.g. Calculus AB at my school was a whole year, when it’s usually one semester.
