Can I put things I will do senior year on a college application, even though I haven't done them yet.

Generally no. The biggest exception is that you will report the classes you plan to take senior year. But, regular applications aren’t due for several months, yet. By the time you submit those, you may be able to truthfully include senior year activities.

Yes you can. Take a look at the EC section of the CA, you mark which years you participated in an activity, including sr year. And just because you haven’t done something by the time you submit your application, you still mark what you plan to do. For instance, just because you do a spring sport rather than a fall one, doesn’t mean that you just check fr, soph & jr year vs. all four years. In the description part, just use the correct tense for whether you have done/are doing/will do something (eg. “I was/am/will be team captain”.)

You sign your application stating that you reported all information to the best of your knowledge. If something changes later and you don’t do something that you’d planned on and put on your application, you simply update the schools at that time.
