I'm applying to USC for fall of 2015 and on the application there is a question about whether or not your school follows the U.S. grading system. I was wondering if I have to enter my grades into that part or am I fine just leaving it blank as they'll receive a copy of my transcript?

Last year, USC’s Common App included a section to list all courses taking in high school and the grades earned in each. If that section appears again this year, do not leave it blank. USC has a long tradition of asking applicants to enter in their courses/grades. I’ve always assumed it’s USC’s way of analyzing transcripts without having to type in the data themselves. Someone who is applying this year may have more up to date info. That was the experience last year and for several years prior.
