I am applying as an international student graduating from a U.S. highschool. The application seemed extremely short, it did not even ask for any of my grades or SAT scores. Will I be able to start the actual application after I get my CWID? Did I make a mistake?
They’ll get your grades when you send your official transcript, and you’ll have your SAT scores sent directly.

What about listing extracurriculars and minors?
You don’t need that for admissions. Once you are admitted, you will have the opportunity to apply for scholarships (and you can add them on that application) and if your scores and grades are high enough for the honors college, you can also apply for that and the more selective honors programs. Those will ask all the detailed questions and ask for essays, etc.
Admission is by stats, purely.
You can fill out the scholarship app and list those other things.
