<p>I am starting my on-line application and came across a question. In the section called “K. Personal activity record”, it asks for 5 important activities, awards, etc. that I have been involved in. The description did not list sports so I left my athletic information out, thinking this question would come up later in the application. However, it never did. Therefore, my question is whether sports should be listed under “K. Personal activity record”? If so, wouldn’t that force me to leave out other important activities I participated in?</p>
