Application question...

<p>I submitted Part I of the application online, from Carleton's site in August. I am planning on applying regular decision. Shortly after I submitted, I got an email saying I would be receiving a confirmation in the mail this fall with a checklist. Does anybody know when that would be? I am kind of worried that I may not actually have gotten into the system or something? On the common application site it says "School form status: offline" I have no idea what that means? I have basically finished my app, and I just want to get it submitted, but I have no idea what's going on.</p>

<p>Maybe they are just waiting until after the ED deadline to do anything with the RD people? </p>

<p>Also, on the common app, there is no special Carleton supplement? Or am I missing it? I just see the generic Athletic and Arts supplements. There is one that says "Carleton Supplement", but there is no supplement when I click on it. When I go to their site and look at the paper application pdf, there is a special carelton supplement. why is this not online?</p>

<p>If you guys can't help me, I am going to give them a call on monday...</p>

<p>It is always better to speak directly to the school than to ask people who aren't affiliated with the school questions that affect whether your application is complete. The people at Carleton Admissions are very nice and can quickly and cheerfully give you a definitive answer about what you need. My daughter is a freshman at Carleton and I well remember the application anxiety. Good luck and don't put this off.</p>

<p>there is a tiny carleton supplement to the common app. it just asks about your parents, etc... it shouldn't be hard to find on the website.</p>
