When marking the years you played a specific sport on the UC application, should Boys Volleyball be checked for 12th grade considering it is played in the Spring and applications are due in the fall or sould if just be left blank because it hasn’t happened yet?

I have been playing varsity volleyball since sophomore year…if i don’t play senior year, will that have an effect on my admission chances to let’s say (UCS UCSD and UCLA). If so, how great will the effect be…

What if I do check the sport and i expect to play in the spring but then later decide to quit? Will my chances lower?

WHen putting in grades for the app. Do you have to put an A- if you have received one or can you just put an A…because i have a lot of A minuses and i’m just wondering if i can just put an A down. It might look better but i’m not sure.

^ is the UC application already out? Last time I checked, it said it wouldn't be out until October

Include it; the UCs realize that a spring sport is just "planned," which is no different than your planned spring semester classes.

Not sure about quitting.

There is no room for plusses and minuses on the app.

I know that UC's don't decipher between A-'s or A's. Or B+, B, B-. an 80 is the same as an 89 to them, but I'm not sure about what to put down.
