Application Questions

I have been marinating on my application for about a month now, yet I keep hesitating to send it in lest I forget something.
Some questions:
1. For testing scores: I've taken the ACT 6 times (April 2007- Oct 2011). Put the date with my highest score or put every date that I've taken the test?
2. What about test dates that I have yet to recieve scores from (Oct 2011)?
2. Is a resume recommended or should I just fill out the required information?

Only the highest if that is an option, then 2) send results from latest date.

Required info is enough unless you have things you want them to know abou you that just doesn’t fit on the application.

The “Your activities” section asks you to tell about how you stay busy, etc, etc, then says “OR, if you have an existing document that outlines your activities you may upload it”. My S2 is submitting his resume (it does a better job of describing his ECs) and NOT filing out the activity section. This is ok, right??

I think I’m just over-thinking it - it just looks strange and unfinished to me - I think I’m just used to seeing the common app where you have to list each activity and submit a resume.

Yes, it should be fine. Why the common app would make you repeat everything is a mystery to me.

Thank you FC - agreed about the Common app, its so redundant and a resume is way more informative.

I think it’s funny, dwhite, it seems like you are the student who is applying. If you (since you are probably doing the application for your S) did some research about Tulane, you would see that one of the admissions counselors has a blog that shows exactly what they are looking for in terms of the resume and activities. Here’s the link [Tulane University Admission Blog - Jeff](<a href=“Tulane University Admission Blog - Jeff Schiffman”>Tulane University Admission Blog - Jeff Schiffman)
