<p>I sent my paper material (counselor form and transcripts) a week before nov 1st.
and I sent my SAT I and SAT II scores on the same day.</p>
<p>I made an OneStart account as soon as I got the e-mail telling me to make an account,
and I've been checking my applications status ever since.
it says that they have received my paper material (i got an e-mail too) but they have not received my SAT scores yet, therefore they are unable to process the file.</p>
<p>does that mean I am not eligible for the scholarship?
and also, approximately how long does it take to get an acceptance/rejection letter?
and when you get the acceptance/rejection letter, is it via e-mail or the onestart account?</p>
