<li><p>It asks for my areas of interest, if I put undecided will that hurt my chances of getting in? I am applying to LSA but I don't know exactly what I want to do yet.</p></li>

<li><p>Selecting “undecided” does not hurt your chances. In your supplement essay, you can explain that you like Michigan because it is very strong across many departments, which is ideal considering that fact that you are interested in several fields and that you wish to have a well-rounded liberal arts education.</p></li>
<li><p>Preferred admission is applicable for students who wish to be considered for admission into Ross or the school of Pharmacy. If you intend on majoring in a traditional discipline in the school of LSA, you need not worry about preferred admission.</p></li>
