I accidentally sent my entire application (sans the Common App) to the Undergraduate Admissions Office instead of the Application Processing Center. The packet I sent included supplemental essays and Cornell-specific material, but not the Common App.

Should I send another copy today addressed to the Application Processing Center or trust that they'll take care of it? I just received a letter today noting "missing application materials." Thanks for your help!!

Dont worry, I did the same even though i knew it had to be sent to the app processing center. Guess i was too lazy to change that address on the envelope. And I received no such notification. Anyway, It wont cost you. However, since you received a letter from them, you might as well send them an email explaining your situation. They'll probably forward it from the ugrad office to the processing center.

In fact, i made an even stupider mistake. I forgot to include 'USA' on the address (i'm international). Luckily, it got stuck at the post office only for a day and was sent to CU.

This is probably very common.
